Return & Exchange Policy

Customer service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving your email. Return shipping costs are covered by the company.

**Return Related:** Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact the courier company directly to return the goods. The courier company will notify us of the refund details upon receiving the goods. The company will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
