Logistics Terms
Shipping Fee: Free shipping;
Shipping Time: After successful order submission, we will prepare the goods according to the order sequence, with a shipping cycle of approximately 3 business days; shipping is not limited by time periods, and we provide shipping services on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays;
Delivery Time: After the order is shipped, the delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days;
Signing Instructions: Please leave a signable address and contact phone number when placing your order; please inspect the goods on the spot upon receipt to confirm that the outer packaging is intact, the quantity of goods matches the order details, and the shopping list is complete. Do not open the phone packaging before signing. If the outer box seal is damaged or torn, you have the right to refuse delivery.
If you cannot sign for the package yourself, please entrust someone else to sign for it on your behalf and strictly abide by the provisions in Article 2 above. The delivery courier is only responsible for delivering the goods to the address specified on the delivery slip. Anyone at that address (such as the front desk) can sign for the package; delivery to the designated individual is not guaranteed.
For risk control reasons, orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Please fill in your address and phone number accurately when placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
From today onwards, orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete information will be held by the delivery company for 5 days. The company will notify you via email. Please reply to the email or contact customer service. If you do not receive a reply within 5 days, the company will arrange for the goods to be returned to the warehouse and a refund will be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns and Refunds
